Sami Slimani Hearts: GQ Style - Frühjahr/Sommer

Heute ist endlich die neue Ausgabe der GQ Style für die kommende Frühjahr-/Sommersaison in den Handel gekommen und ich bin dementsprechend gleich morgens zum Bahnhof gefahren um sie mir zu holen. 

Das Magazin erscheint 2x im Jahr und ist demnach auf meiner "Slimani-Hearts" vertreten, eine neue Serie auf meinem Blog, um euch die Dinge, Trends, Fashion-Finds und alles aus meiner Perspektive in einigen kurzen Absätzen zu zeigen.

Wie ihr sicherlich wisst, lass ich mich gerne von Mode-Magazinen inspirieren, jedoch folge ich nicht jedem Trend und suche immer Wege meinen eigenen Trend zu erschaffen. Für mich sehr interessant ist auf alle Fälle das Interview mit Hollywood Schauspieler Ethan Hawke (Cover) und seine Ansichten zum Thema Mode - "Ich schau mir Modemagazine an, aber ich will auch kein Pfau an" - eine Ansicht die ich auch teile, da ich lieber für meinen eigenen Stil bekannt sein will um hoffentlich eines Tages selbst in einem solchen Magazin zu stehen.

Ebenfalls sehr interessant ist für mich ist auch die Modestrecke von Hedi Slimanes erster Herrenkollektion für Saint Laurent Paris. Erkennt ihr die Ähnlichkeit des Nachnamens :)?

Today is the day the new GQ Style comes out, so my day started with me picking the issue up to get inspired for the upcoming spring/summer season.

The magazine comes out twice a year and therefore it's on my "Slimani-Hearts" list, a new blog series to show you all things, trends, fashion finds and more from my own perspective.

As you all know, I love to get inspired by fashion magazines, but I don't really jump on the band-wagon and follow every trend. I usually try to find my own twist on trends to create my own/new trends for myself. What caught my attention was the Cover and Interview with Ethan Hawke and the way he sees fashion, as I'm always interested in how people in hollywood see fashion.

I want to be known for my own sense of style to be featured in magazines like that one day, but enough of talking about my dreams, haha.

Also really interesting is the new menswear collection Hedi Slimane created for Saint Laurent Paris. Do you see any similarities to my last name :)?

Shopping Haul: feat. Kenzo & Louis Vuitton #1

Viele haben mich gefragt was ich mir denn in Paris gekauft habe, als ich vor Ort war und einige Outfits geshootet habe und da ich euch nichts vorenthalten will, seht ihr hier meine Einkäufe.

Ich war schon sehr lange auf der Suche nach schönen Pullovern von Kenzo, jedoch wollte ich mir diese nie Online bestellen, sondern direkt vor Ort anprobieren und entscheiden und meine Wahl traf auf den "Tiger Head Pullover" mit dem für Kenzo typischen Tiger Emblem in einem gelb/schwarz/weiß Muster und einem grün/gelben Pullover - findet ihr nicht auch er schreit nach Frühling? :)

Ein weiterer Neuzugang, welchen ich mir schon lange ins Auge gefasst habe ist "Michael" in Damier Graphite von Louis Vuitton - einen Rucksack der Stil und Komfort verbindet und perfekt für meine Reisen sein wird um meine wichtigsten Dinge bei mir zu haben.

A lot of you have been asking me what I bought while I was shooting some outfits for my blog, so I will show you everything that made its way to my wardrobe. 

I was on the hunt for some nice sweaters by Kenzo, especially for the Tiger one but unfortunately its sold out, so I had to pass on that ;) Luckily I found the "Tiger Head Sweater" with the typical Tiger by Kenzo in a yellow/black/white pattern and also this really bright green/yellow sweater that is more than beautiful! - don't you feel like the color of it screams spring? :)

Another new piece in my closet that I've been eyeing for the longest is "Michael" in Damier Graphite by Louis Vuitton - a backpack that combines elegance and comfort. It's going to be perfect for my upcoming travels to keep all my essentials with me.

Dieser Look ist perfekt für ein romantisches Dinner-Date - demnach perfekt für den Valentinstag.

 In diesem Outfit kombiniere ich einen der Top Trends 2013 - Metallische Kleidungsstücke. Der metallisch goldene Pullover aus der Maison Martin Margiela & H&M Kooperation zusammen mit einem dunkelbraunen Samt-Sakko machen diesen Look perfekt. Ich muss nun Los zu meinem Date und halte diesen Post diesmal sehr kurz...;)

This look is perfect for a romantic dinner date - so it's perfect for valentines day.

In this outfit i'm combining one of the top trends 2013 - metallic clothing.

This metallic sweater is from the Maison Martin Margiela & H&M collaboration. I paired it with a dark brown velvet blazer by Zara and the look is perfect. I got to keep this short, as I'm in a hurry for my valentines date...;)

Erst einmal muss ich ein großes Dankeschön an meine Leser aussprechen für alle Glückwünsche zum Artikel gestern und alle neuen Leser - Herzlich Willkommen zu meinem/eurem ersten Look den ihr heute auf meinem Blog seht.

 Ihr müsst wissen, dass ich ein absoluter Fan von klassischen Looks und Lederjacken bin - die Kombination mit meiner Lieblingsfarbe Rot des Vintage Hemd von Urban Outfitters und der schwarzen Lederjacke mit Rosegold Akzenten, erschafft einen zeitlosen Look, welcher immer und von jedem getragen werden kann. Perfekt für ein Date, Lunch mit Freunden oder generell im Alltag, wie ich es zum Lunch getragen habe.

You have to know that I'm a huge fan of classic looks and leather jackets - combining my favorite color red in this vintage button up by Urban Outtfiters with a black leather jacket with rose gold accents create and effortless and timeless look, that everyone can wear. This look is perfect for a date, a lunch out with friends or in general for all days.

Wir haben es geschafft. Ich bin in der aktuellen Ausgabe des GQ Magazins 03/13 - ich bin so happy, dass mein Fashion Blog zu den der größten Männerblogs in Deutschland gehört.

So etwas zu lesen, macht mich mehr als glücklich, stolz und ach ich kann es kaum in Worte fassen. Ich danke euch. Ich bin froh eure Unterstützung zu haben und ebenfalls meinem Ziel somit näher gekommen zu sein.

We made it. I'm in the latest (03/13) issue of the GQ Magazine in Germany  - i'm so happy that my fashion blog is one of the biggest male fashion blogs in Germany, although I'm the only one in that list that is actually presenting his own sense of fashion on myself.

Reading that article truly made me happy, proud and ahh, I just can't describe it in words. I'm thankful for my blog readers. I'm so lucky to have your support and to be one step nearer to my goals in life.

Mein zweiter Look, welchen ich vor dem Pariser Louvre geschossen habe ist eine Mischung aus einfachen, sportlichen und schlichten Elementen mit einem Schuss Karos, welche dem gesamten Look einen Farbakzent geben. Ich benutze hier meine neue Canon Linse und bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Was sagt ihr?

PS: Wart ihr schonmal in Paris oder auch am Louvre?Das letzte Bild ist mein derzeitiger Hintergrund am Laptop als Randinfo für euch. :)

This is the second Look I shot, while I was visiting Paris next to the Louvre. This look is combining casual, sporty and simple elements with a hint of color and plaid. I'm super impressed with my new canon lens for having such a crisp and clear quality. Whatcha say :)?

Black Class Look in Paris

Ein Outfit welches teuer und edel aussieht und dennoch günstig zusammengestellt worden ist und definitiv für Komplimente auf offener Straße sorgen wird - zumindest ging es mir so, seitdem ich in Paris einige Outfits für die kommenden Tage geshootet habe. Mein neuer Zara Mantel erinnert mich sehr stark an die Designs von Armani und dessen Kombination aus Stoff und Leder ist in einem perfekten Gleichgewicht. Schwarze Skinny Jeans, schwarze Boots, ein leichtes Highlight unter meinem Skull Pullover und meine Louis Vuitton "Porte-Documents Voyage GM" vervollständigen diesen klassischen, edlen und erwachsenen Pariser City Look.

PS: Findet ihr nicht auch, dieser originale Louis Vuitton Store am Champs Elysée sieht wunderschön aus?Ich liebe es..haha.

This is one of my favorite outfits, not only because it looks really expensive but is really cheap as I got most of the stuff from the Sales at Zara, but also because I got so many compliments as I was shooting this look in Paris.

My new coat by zara really reminds me of the classic Armani designs with its leather sleeves and overall woven fabric. Paired with black skinny jeans, black high top boots, a little highlight from my white polkadot button up and my Louis Vuitton "Porte-Documents Voyage GM" complete this classic and grown up Parisian Look.

Btw..isn't that original Louis Vuitton Store at the Champs Elysée not beautiful?I love it..haha.
